Learn to Breath- Many times when a situation seems uncontrollable, people panic. Once panic ensues, anxiety runs rampant. Next time you are faced with an uncontrollable situation, take a couple of deep breaths and know that you WILL be okay and that the situation will pass. Do this until your body starts to relax and respond to your breathing pattern.
